How to use:
For a full-body bath, add bath salt to your liking into approximately 60 liters of water at a temperature of 38-45°C (100-113°F), and then thoroughly mix the salt. Relax in the warmth for at least 1 hour. For compresses on strained areas, use 1 cap of salt mixed with 2 liters of water for the affected body area and let it work for an hour. After completing the procedure, rinse with clean water.
