The bath has refreshing effects, reduces perspiration, eliminates the feeling of heavy legs and is especially suitable for treating tired legs and removing rough skin on the feet. Use: For a relaxing foot bath, add one handful of salt to the sink with warm water. The recommended bath time is about 20 minutes. For a regenerative salt bath, dissolve 2 handfuls of salt in 3 – 5 l of lukewarm water. Recommended bath time approx. 15 min.
